## Quick fixes

### “Claude isn’t connected”

Open Settings → Claude and choose Claude Code (then log in from Terminal when asked) or paste an API key. Chat comes back as soon as it says Connected.

### Edit says “Still downloading…”

The setup is still installing the voice model and tools. The banner on Home shows how far along it is; if it’s paused, click Resume. Downloads carry on where they stopped, even after a restart.

### An edit was interrupted

If EditWithChat closed while editing, open the project and click **Resume** in the banner. Your earlier versions are always kept.

### Running out of space

Settings → Storage shows what each reel takes up. After you export, you can move a reel’s original footage to the Trash and keep editing.

### Moving to a new Mac

Deactivate the license in Settings → License on the old Mac, then activate it on the new one. Back up your projects from Settings → Storage → Back up everything.

## Sending us logs

In the app, choose Help → Show Logs and attach the file to your email. Logs never contain your footage or your API key.
