## In short

- You pay once. The license key and the Mac app are delivered immediately, so we don’t offer refunds.
- Changing your mind, or not using the license, doesn’t qualify for a refund.
- Charged twice, or charged without receiving a key? Email us and we’ll put it right.
- Stuck installing? Email us and we’ll help you get it running.

## Why sales are final

EditWithChat is a digital product. The moment you pay, your license key appears on screen and in your email, and you can download the full app — not a trial. Because it can’t be returned once delivered, **we don’t offer refunds**, including for a change of mind or an unused license.

## Before you buy

- Read [how it works](https://editwithchat.com/) on the home page, including the templates, what stays on your Mac, and the price.
- You need an Apple Silicon Mac (M1 or newer) on macOS 13 or later, and your own Claude Code login or Anthropic API key.
- Unsure it’s the right fit? Email [support@editwithchat.com](mailto:support@editwithchat.com) before you pay. We’d rather say so than have you buy the wrong thing.

## Help after you buy

If setup gets stuck, email [support@editwithchat.com](mailto:support@editwithchat.com) with what you were doing and what you saw. We’ll help until the app is running.

## Your Claude account

Editing uses Claude through your own Claude plan or API key. Anthropic bills that separately. Those charges aren’t ours, so we can’t refund them.

## EU and UK buyers

At checkout you agree that delivery of the license key and the download starts immediately, and you acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once it does.

## If something goes wrong with the payment

Charged twice, or charged without receiving a key? Email [support@editwithchat.com](mailto:support@editwithchat.com) with your receipt. Duplicate or failed charges are always put right. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, and any correction is made through them.
